1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "j18804", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the j18804 platform, accessible at j18804.app, operating under a valid international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the j18804 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, instant games, and account management features.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who has registered a j18804 account and is using or accessing the Platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering a j18804 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

3Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register a j18804 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are registering the account in your own legal name and using your own personal details. Registration using fictitious, incomplete, or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• You are not registering a duplicate account. Each individual may hold only one active j18804 account at any time.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from j18804 or had a j18804 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration and at any time thereafter, j18804 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by j18804 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

j18804 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j18804 account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

j18804 strongly recommends that you enable SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available in account settings and provides a material reduction in the risk of unauthorised access.

You must notify j18804 support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. j18804 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security or your failure to notify j18804 of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

j18804 reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where unusual login activity, multiple failed authentication attempts, or other security indicators are detected, pending identity verification. This action is taken to protect Player funds and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by j18804.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your j18804 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. j18804 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL IBFT, UBL IBFT, Meezan Bank IBFT, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed in the j18804 deposit section.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. j18804 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts are subject to a lower maximum limit. Full withdrawal access requires completion of identity verification as described in Section 3.
• j18804 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where the account is under investigation.
• Any funds held in a j18804 account that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the relevant policy section of the Platform. j18804 will provide prior notice of inactivity fees where required by its licensing obligations.

Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from j18804's operational finances. Player funds are not used for any operational purpose. This segregation ensures that Player funds remain protected regardless of j18804's financial position.

6Bonuses & Promotions

j18804 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited.

General bonus terms applicable to all j18804 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited only to Players who have fully completed identity verification on their j18804 account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money funds before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a j18804 account at any given time unless j18804 explicitly permits otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering (after satisfaction of wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Systematic or coordinated bonus exploitation — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, matched betting across accounts, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of bonuses and potential account closure.

7Betting Rules & Game Play

All casino games available on the j18804 Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by j18804 or the Player after a game round has commenced.

Sports betting markets and odds on the j18804 Platform are set and managed by j18804. The following rules apply to all bets placed on j18804:

• Bets must be placed before the close of the relevant market. j18804 reserves the right to void bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed.
• j18804 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in the displayed odds has occurred, including where odds were set at a level materially inconsistent with the prevailing market due to a technical or human error.
• In-play betting is subject to additional latency and connection risks. j18804 cannot guarantee uninterrupted in-play betting availability and accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity or system issues on the Player's side.
• j18804 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market or game at its sole discretion, including imposing individual account-level stake limits where betting patterns are identified as inconsistent with recreational gaming.
• Winnings are credited to your j18804 account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round or sports event.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j18804 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using a j18804 account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Opening or using more than one j18804 account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Using the j18804 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games on the j18804 Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or manifest pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing j18804 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to j18804 systems, databases, or other Players' accounts.

9Responsible Gaming

j18804 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible to all Players at any time in their j18804 account settings. These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits; loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion.

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j18804 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j18804 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the j18804 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

j18804 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may affect Platform availability. j18804 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability, regardless of cause.

j18804's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposits made by you to your j18804 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits j18804's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

j18804 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on the account, by an in-platform notification, or by a prominent notice on the j18804 website, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the amendments taking effect except where a shorter notice period is required by licensing obligations or applicable law.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights or obligations, and additions of defined terms — may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the j18804 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

13Termination & Account Closure

You may close your j18804 account at any time by contacting j18804 support. Upon account closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

j18804 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice where:

• You have breached or j18804 reasonably suspects you have breached any provision of these Terms.
• j18804 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime in connection with your account.
• j18804 is required to do so by its licensing authority, a competent regulator, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification processes.
• Continuation of your account presents a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to j18804.

Where an account is closed by j18804 for breach of these Terms, j18804 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part and referred to the relevant authorities.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j18804 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and j18804 arising from your use of the Platform, j18804 encourages you to first contact j18804 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. j18804 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and to making a good-faith effort to resolve disputes amicably before any formal proceedings are initiated.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution as specified by j18804's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
